Georgia Highlands College is a multi-campus, state college member of the University System of Georgia. This position provides administrative support for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program primarily organizing and managing program-related paperwork. This position is at our Cartersville Campus. Applicants MUST be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College as a student.
Responsibilities- Understand, support, and carry out the college’s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies
- Assemble folders with required forms and materials
- Organize and file paperwork
- Make copies and scan documents
- Participate in mandatory training
- This position does not supervise the work of others
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent and current GHC student
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) currently being met
- Current-Year FAFSA on file with all verifications and any other requirements completed
- Currently enrolled for at least six (6) credit hours (in most instances)
- Some prior experience is preferred but not required. Job specific training will be provided. Interest in medical field is preferred.
Salary is $12/hour, 19 hours/week
