Responsibilities:

• Greet service department customers in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership systems.
• Communicate auto repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and accurately.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service records and invoices.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Provide status updates to customers during the auto service process.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally; escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
