Atrium Health Floyd Primary Care Family Medicine & Pediatrics Polk provides medical care for all ages. This care includes wellness visits, preventive care, disease management, sick visits and lab work. This office is located adjacent to Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center in Cedartown.
