We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facility in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and efficient management of staff and resources.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the nursing home facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
• Supervise and support nursing home staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve facility operations.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.

• Current and valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification.
• Proven experience in nursing home administration or healthcare management.
