Lamination Machine Operator Sign on Bonus
Join us as a Lamination Machine Operator at PPC Flex in Rome, GA. We offer competitive pay and a sign-on bonus.
Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $27.43/hr
Work Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with shifts available in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Sign-on bonus of $1500 paid at 6 months and another $1500 at 1 year.
Additional Compensation: $1.50 night shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities include:- Operating and understanding all functions of the extruder laminator to produce quality products safely.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
- Loading raw materials, preparing splices, and palletizing laminated rolls.
- Monitoring quality and performing necessary lab tests.
- Setting up and operating resin blending systems and die with deckles.
- Labeling, weighing waste, and maintaining a clean work area per safety standards.
- Performing preventative maintenance as scheduled.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
