Primary Objective< /p>

In broad terms, briefly state the major purpose of primary objective of this position.< /ul>

Safely operate heatset machinery to meet and exceed quality, production, and efficiency goals. Function as a primary source of finish application in yarn conversion resulting in resistance to wear, dimensional stability and its design meeting the specifications of the product.

Major Function and Scope< /p>

Threads and repairs breakouts to maintain efficiency and meet production standards< /li>

Proactively identifies yarn quality during production runs< /li>

Select and stages tubes for winder operation< /li>

Doff so off finished yarn packages as required< /li>

Run both creeling and winding side when needed< /li>

Uses black light to check there are no mixes< /li>

Attend any job related training deemed necessary by supervision< /li>

Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well company policies< /li>

Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary< /li>

Perform other tasks assigned by management.< /ul>
