Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Sr. Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift. This full-time position offers the following base pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr
, with hours from 4:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities- Efficiently repairs machinery through careful planning and attention to detail, ensuring improved efficiency and reliability after repairs.
- Proactively assesses machinery to identify repair needs before breakdowns occur.
- Provide expert troubleshooting guidance and support during repairs.
- Evaluate opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing costs when deciding to repair vs. replace equipment.
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse to prioritize actions and maintain safe, organized work areas.
- Regularly assess repair tools and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production, and work with external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Coach and train less experienced personnel and participate in ongoing maintenance process improvements.
- Support the Maintenance Manager and assist with special projects as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Team Lead.
- Operate forklifts and maintain/repair material handling equipment, including forklifts and aerial lifts.
- Adhere to safety regulations; maintain clean and orderly work areas; wear required PPE.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; perform duties with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and related equipment.
- Strong organizational, computer, and leadership skills; capable of leading key projects.
- Physical requirements:
ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch; able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. - Good critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer literacy and capability to coach and provide feedback.
- High school diploma required; 2 years of college preferred.
- 6+ years of maintenance experience.
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical skills, including pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and fabrication for troubleshooting and maintenance of production machines and facility equipment.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication equipment.
- Willing to adapt to a dynamic work environment; able to pass background check, employment verification, and drug screen.
