Are you ready to shape the future of snacking? Join us as a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor at our Rome, GA facility. In this on‑site role, you’ll be responsible for leading food safety and quality initiatives that ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment while supporting our production team during the night shift from 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Monday – Friday with flexibility dependent on business needs.

• Ensure microbial program and sanitation compliance, including HACCP, mandatory training, line validations, and third‑party audits.
• Oversee allergen and inspection programs, manage the site’s Food Safety Plan, and maintain the QFS Lab Budget.
• Drive HPO initiatives and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPIs. Support and train the site’s QFS SOP database.
• Lead, train, and support QFS Technicians, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in quality and food safety.
• HACCP, SQF, and PCQI experience.
• Hands‑on microbiology laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution.

The annual salary range is $78,300 – $102,795, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
