Join Our Manufacturing Team!PPC Flex is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pre-Press Operator to join our Rome manufacturing team!
If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, printing, or quality control and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do- Set up and operate printing equipment according to production specifications.
- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and production standards.
- Use color measurement equipment, including X-Rite Densitometers.
- Inspect materials, inks, and finished products to ensure quality.
- Read and follow production orders, job instructions, and specifications.
- Complete production reports, quality checks, and required documentation.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work closely with production operators and team members to maintain efficient operations.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Printing, pre-press, or color management experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Works well on a team and has a collaborative work ethic with all employees
- Shift: Days – 12-hour shifts
- Location: Rome, Georgia
- Flexibility to support training or other shifts as needed.
