• Appropriate delegation to RN, LPN, and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May be required to float to other units, departments, or facilities within the service area.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills for age‑appropriate patient care; competency in growth and development principles.

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications may be required.
• Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Time management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in operating computer functions (e‑mail, EHR, digital platforms, etc.).

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently.
• Lift and support up to 35 lbs.; push/pull with 30 lbs. force; perform sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Functional speech, vision, hearing, and fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion.
• Ability to maneuver foot pedals on carts or machines.
• Perform physical safety interventions such as patient restraint and de‑escalation.
• May be exposed to chemical, hazardous waste, blood and body fluids; must wear protective clothing and equipment.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient or unit conditions.
• Physical Ability Testing may be required.

Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35 per hour.
Full time, 36 hours per week.
