The Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience. They provide age-appropriate patient care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, addressing biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and educational needs. The role includes delivering critical care such as continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, IV infusion, ventilator management, invasive line management, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, commitment to customer service, effective communication with all age groups, and ability to work cooperatively with patients, families, medical staff, and other team members.
