Job Description- Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
- Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and health‑care providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
- Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
- Evaluates patient progress toward outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Associate’s of Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor’s of Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range: $31.44 - $54.92
