Well, maybe it's time you moved up. Want to be the boss? Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to take the next step. This is a tough, hands‑on role that requires judgement, math, and the ability to multi‑task.

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, and cash control.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of 3 to 30 people, motivating them to be in the right place at the right time and do the right thing while creating a great place to work.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. You must have reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Our stores are open 365 days a week.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
