- Training & Support: Experience in exterminating? Not required! We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed and empower you to manage your own accounts.
- Strong Team Community: We value relationships with both our team and the communities we serve, including volunteer work through our Good Deeds Team.
- Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, and offer quotes to potential customers.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
- Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and convert them into loyal Northwest customers.
- Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay current with industry trends.
- Safety First: Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values with every customer interaction.
- Training Salary: $3,000/month during training, with potential to earn commission afterward.
- Company Vehicle, Cell Phone, and iPad: Provided for all route assignments.

What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Work in all weather conditions.
