The New Home Sales Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome, GA. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the new home sales process, including greeting visitors, conducting model home tours, understanding buyer needs, and presenting suitable home options and community features. The New Home Sales Counselor will manage leads, maintain detailed records in the CRM system, prepare contracts, coordinate with construction and design teams, and support buyers through financing and closing activities.
Daily tasks include following up with prospects, hosting open houses or community events, conducting market and competitor research, and ensuring a professional and welcoming sales environment. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and representing Union Main Homes with professionalism and care.
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience in New Home Sales and Residential Real Estate, preferably within builder or new construction communities.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Rome, GA, including weekends and evenings as needed to support community traffic and events.
- Comfort with CRM software, basic computer applications, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the sales process.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and self-motivation, with a goal-oriented and ethical approach to selling.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or a related field; licensure in real estate may be required or preferred depending on local regulations.
