Amazon is seeking a Graduate Area/Shift Manager for a permanent on-site position in Italy. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team within one of the operational areas within the Fulfillment Center.

Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement processes, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, and providing training for new team members. Relocation support will be provided as needed.
