What We Are Looking For :

Reporting to the CEO Hospitality, the Hospitality Administration Manager oversees the administrative and financial operations of the Hospitality division, ensuring effective governance, performance monitoring, and alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives, while collaborating closely with Corporate Administration, Planning & Control, and M&A & Financing teams.

Key Activities:

Prepare the statutory financial statements of the Group's hospitality entities (hotels and luxury trains, in Italy and abroad), personally drafting them for the Italian entities;

Coordinate the year-end closing process for all companies with active hospitality assets, acting as the main point of reference for each asset's local administrative team (operating autonomously or supported by external consultants);

Oversee administrative relations with the hospitality assets, ensuring proper bookkeeping and compliance with the accounting and tax regulations applicable in each country;

Ensure administrative oversight of foreign entities in coordination with the external consultants engaged (tax, labour, auditors), acting as the main point of contact for these parties;

Ensure correct reconciliation between local trial balances (local GAAP) and Group consolidation accounting principles (IV Direttiva/OIC, IFRS where applicable), performing or supervising the accounting reconciliation, particularly for foreign entities;

Prepare and review the quarterly reporting package for consolidation purposes, including detailed intercompany balances (P&L and balance sheet) reconciled across all Group entities, coordinating with the Corporate Administration team for intercompany relationships outside the hospitality perimeter;

Deliver the reviewed reporting package to the holding company's team responsible for the Group consolidated financial statements;

Support the local administrative teams of each asset during month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all relevant accounting entries are properly recorded (e.g. non-core-business entries, derivatives, financing, tax provisions, etc.);

Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures across the hospitality segment.

Qualifications:

Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field;5+ years of experience in administrative/accounting roles within multi-entity groups, ideally with exposure to international subsidiaries; experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, real estate, luxury travel) is a plus;

Prior experience in coordinating or supervising decentralized administrative teams (either internal teams at subsidiary level or outsourced/external consultants) is highly valued;

Experience with group consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation and reporting package preparation;

Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and IFRS;

Understanding of the accounting and reporting differences between local GAAP and Group consolidation principles, and ability to perform or supervise the related reconciliation;

Familiarity with tax compliance frameworks in a multi-jurisdictional context (not expected to be an expert in every country's regulation, but able to interface competently with local consultants and teams);

Practical experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, WK Arca, or similar experience with more than one is preferred given the multi-entity/multi-system environment;

Strong proficiency in Excel;

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills - ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams (subsidiary-level administration, holding company's administration/consolidation team) and external parties (tax consultants, labour consultants, auditors);

Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing across multiple entities and deadlines (monthly/quarterly/annual closing cycles);
