For our  Headquarters  in Rome, we are seeking a  Assistente di Direzione e Reception (Categorie Protette, art.
1 L.68/99) .
Activities include:
Managing the  company reception : welcoming guests, handling calls and correspondence
Supporting the  executive secretariat : organizing schedules, appointments, and travel
Receiving, sorting, and archiving  certified electronic mail (PEC)  and documentation
Basic  back office  and administrative activities
Coordinating with internal offices and supporting organizational events or meetings
Requirements:
Membership in protected categories  (art.
1 L. 68/99 – targeted placement)
Previous experience in similar roles (reception, secretariat, executive assistance)
Excellent command of main IT tools (Office suite, Outlook, PEC)
Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and organization
Availability to work  full-time  onsite
