To strengthen our team, we are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to the CEO, capable of working independently in dynamic and high‑responsibility environments.

This is a key role designed for someone who can anticipate needs, manage complexity with clarity and efficiency, and provide seamless support across both the CEO's professional and personal spheres. The ideal candidate operates with discretion, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility, while maintaining a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities

Manage a complex international calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and priorities across multiple time zones.
Organize global travel and all related logistics.
Handle email correspondence and filter incoming communications.
Coordinate interactions with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Provide support in managing the CEO's personal tasks and requirements.
Assist in reviewing, organizing, and handling sensitive documents, including legal or contractual materials.

Profile

Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Absolute discretion, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to work beyond standard hours when required by international time zones.
Genuine interest in secure identity solutions and technology.
Legal or administrative background is considered a strong plus.
