Enlight, a leading global renewable energy company listed on NASDAQ and TASE, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR & Operations Specialist to support employee experience across Europe while providing operational and administrative support to regional leadership. The role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, coordination of benefits and services, vendor management, and day to day employee support across the region.
Responsibilities

Act as a local operational point of contact for employees across Europe, supporting day-to-day administrative, logistical, and employee service matters.
Support the execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of local requirements, documentation, equipment, access, meetings, and communication with relevant internal teams.
Coordinate employee benefits, services, and local employee-related arrangements, acting as the local execution and coordination point for policies defined by HQ.
Maintain accurate employee records, operational trackers, and HR‑related administrative data.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including benefits providers, travel agents, office suppliers, local advisors, and other service partners.
Identify practical improvements to day-to-day operational processes, employee services, and local workflows.
Support regional employee events, team meetings, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives as needed.

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage the calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities of the Regional VP / senior regional manager.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, accommodations, transportation, and related administrative needs for regional VP.
Provide administrative and coordination support for regional initiatives, cross‑country projects, and ad hoc operational needs.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish — written and spoken.
Experience in office management, HR administration, operations coordination, executive assistance, or a similar hands‑on administrative role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Service‑oriented mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of practical tasks from start to finish.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
Familiarity with employee administration, local services, or employment‑related processes in Europe — an advantage.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and supporting multiple countries and functions.
