Are you passionate about sales and the automotive industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships across a dynamic market? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our growth in Italy and take our business to the next level.
Your mission
Execute the business plan to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring sustainable growth.
Identify, approach, and win new clients across Italy, expanding our market presence.
Represent the company at key automotive events and build strong industry networks.
Report regularly to headquarters in Cologne, sharing insights and progress.
Your profile
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Proven success in B2B sales; experience in the automotive software industry is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently across Italy; valid driver’s license required.
Business fluent in Italian and English.
Highly motivated, flexible, and independent, able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
Strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven mindset.
