Job Purpose

As NRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Unilever Ice-Cream’s ambition to sell the right product to the right consumer in the right moment and at the right price.

Using market data, sales historical data and forecast, you will help Unilever Ice-Cream to decide the price strategy, promotional strategies and shop assortment.

You will work to unlock revenue portfolio and drive revenue growth using the levers of NRM (Portfolio, Mix Management, and Investment Management).

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Design tailor made NRM capability for top strategic channels, creating and rolling out the NRM playbook
Create category strategies and guidelines that optimize company revenue via brand price & pack architecture, managing portfolio and channel item mix, and refining promotion plan across channels/customers/regions.
Identifying white-spaces, pack/ price opportunities, and building a channel-specific portfolio and power assortment.
Define current and future growth drivers that will shape retailer and UL Ice-Cream go-to-market strategies and plans.
Bring measurable impact by spotting growth opportunities.
