Head of Lean Six Sigma

People Cert is looking for Head of Lean Six Sigma, who will be responsible for leading the global commercial growth of the Lean Six Sigma portfolio. Through an in-depth understanding of the People Cert Group strategy, the successful candidate will define and execute the commercial roadmap, establish partnerships with corporates and training providers, and drive the adoption of People Cert's Lean Six Sigma certifications and solutions across international markets.

As a  Head of Lean Six Sigma , your tasks will include the following:

Define and oversee the global commercial strategy for People Cert's Lean Six Sigma product line.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, training organizations, consulting firms, and professional associations to expand market presence.

Drive revenue growth by implementing a target-driven sales and partnership strategy.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives.

Represent People Cert at Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, quality management, and process improvement-related industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote thought leadership.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies proactively.

Identify opportunities to increase the adoption of Lean Six Sigma certifications across different industries and international markets.

Provide forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on commercial performance and growth opportunities.

Mentor and guide a commercial team to achieve defined goals and objectives.

Ensure their work and presence are aligned with the company's core values—Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity.

What We Look For:

Postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.

Over 12-15 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic partnerships within consulting, professional education, operational excellence, quality management, or certification sectors.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, practices, and certifications.

A recognised Lean Six Sigma qualification, preferably at Black Belt or Master Black Belt level, will be considered a strong asset.

Proven record of successfully driving revenue growth and international market expansion.

Sound expertise in channel development, partnership strategy, consultative selling, and strategic account management.

Superb relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams across cultures.

Awareness of ITIL®, Prince2 and other products of PEOPLECERT is desirable but not an absolute must

Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGE CERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)

Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software will be considered an asset
