Construction manager

Overview  Eiffage Construccion is a leading French multinational company with a long-standing reputation in infrastructure and industrial projects across Europe.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team at the U. S. Air Base in Aviano, overseeing the execution of key infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities   Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timelines.
Act as the main point of contact with the client and project stakeholders.
Review and approve change orders, budgets, and technical documentation.
Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
Qualifications   Degree in Engineering , Architecture or Construction Technician (Geometra)
Proven experience as a Construction Manager in infrastructure or industrial projects.
Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and Auto CAD.
