Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Operators / Labourers to join road construction and maintenance crews working on projects throughout the Maranoa Region. These roles are suited to candidates with civil construction experience, as well as those looking to build their skills in plant operation.
Key Responsibilities Operate rollers and other civil construction equipment.
Assist with road construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation works.
Perform general labouring duties as required.
Work as part of an experienced road crew.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements.
About You Have previous experience in civil construction, roadworks, or labouring.
Roller operating experience is desirable, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Ability to work safely in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
Hold relevant plant tickets (highly regarded).Hold a current driver's licence.
Hold a current valid White able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, police check, and drug and alcohol screening if required.
