Main Responsibilities As a Content Editor, you will be an integral member of the editorial team, responsible for creating engaging, relevant, and high-quality content that aligns with the competition’s identity and objectives.
Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy, depth, and relevance of all content.
Develop a wide range of content (programs, escaletas, audiovisual projects, etc.) tailored to the audience of each project.
Adapt tone, style, and complexity to match the specific needs and preferences of the target audience.
Proofread and edit both your own and colleagues’ work to guarantee grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and overall quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports the competition’s strategy and project goals.
Work in partnership with the Broadcast team during preparation days, rehearsals, and live streams, ensuring a smooth and accurate workflow of broadcast assets.
Manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a steady pipeline of high-quality content.
Monitor trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments to keep content relevant and impactful.
Contribute original and creative ideas for new formats and innovative content proposals.
Requirements Proven experience as a Content Editor or in a similar role (agency or in-house).Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field.
Availability to work on weekends when required.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Flexibility to adapt within fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with initiative.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Collaborative team player with a problem-solving attitude.
