VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN SPECIALIST – Temporary contract
Within our Image Team based in Rome, we are looking for a Visual Identity Design Specialist for a temporary contract. He/She will contribute to creative project management from visual concept, illustrations, and art direction to local adaptation guidelines.

Job responsibilities

Creative mood boards for projects that are emotional, memorable, innovative, and maintain the essence of the brand

Research emerging visual artists, illustrators, and digital artists

Deliver compelling presentation packages (mood boards, visual identity aesthetic codes recap, renderings)

Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Event Teams to provide the project’s visual identity: graphic files, color codes, logos

Identify appropriate materials for invitations and packaging based on design and budget, oversee supplier research until prototype approval

Collaborate with Central Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising to develop creative guidelines for local markets, including renderings and technical drawings

Manage selection and execution of suppliers for prototypes (brochure, physical invitations, packaging, stationery)

Maintain relationships with Bus, BHR, and Communication departments

Budget management from initial forecast to final cost per project

Manage project timing

Profile

At least 3 years experience in architecture studios, creative agencies, art direction, or visual design

Degree in Architecture, Visual Design, or similar field

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Creative, forward‑thinking, innovative approach with attention to detail and a drive for outstanding execution

Creative strategy and project development experience; prior experience in luxury, retail, branding, and design industries welcomed

Proactive attitude and ability to navigate uncertainty

Strong belief in teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration

Proficiency with 3D and rendering software, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
