Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation services, schedules, and reservations via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Assist customers with booking processes, changes to reservations, and cancellation policies
Provide accurate information about routes, pricing, and service options
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
Document all customer interactions effectively in the CRM system
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure optimal service delivery
Stay updated on transportation regulations and company policies to provide accurate assistance
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or travel sector, is preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to handle high‑volume inquiries in a timely manner
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
