Position: Italian Speaking Customer Support for Sports Betting Platform in Greece
Overview
Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an excellent opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Sports Betting Platform in Greece. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about sports and customer service, looking to engage with customers and provide them with an outstanding betting experience. As a representative, you will communicate in Italian, assisting users with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless interaction with the platform.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding sports betting, including account management, betting options, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Provide clear and accurate information about betting rules, payment options, and responsible gambling practices

Assist customers with technical issues related to the betting platform, ensuring quick and effective resolutions

Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference

Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and optimize overall customer experience

Stay informed about current sports events and betting trends to offer timely assistance to customers

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the sports betting or gaming industry

Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach

Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve inquiries with a detail-oriented mindset

Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with sports betting platforms and customer service software is preferred

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Relocation to Greece is required for this position
