Un'importante agenzia di lavoro cerca un team leader nel settore customer care a Roma. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza precedente nella mansione e una forte conoscenza dell'italiano e dello spagnolo. Le responsabilità includono la gestione di un team, il monitoraggio delle performance e il miglioramento continuo del servizio. È richiesto un diploma o laurea e ottime competenze comunicative. Offriamo un contratto iniziale di 3 o 6 mesi, in presenza, per un full time con orario 8:30-17:30 o 9:00-18:00.
