Position: Italian Speaking Customer Service for Health Tech Company
Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Health Tech Company. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and committed to providing outstanding support to users. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate health tech solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to health tech products and services via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting techniques

Assist customers with account management, subscription questions, and technical issues related to health applications

Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively

Stay updated on health tech advancements and company services to provide relevant and informed support

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner

Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment

Familiarity with health tech applications and customer service software is desirable

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary

Relocation to Greece is required for this position
