Position: Italian Speaking Customer Service for Cybersecurity Company in Greece

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity, and who possess a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, helping them navigate their cybersecurity solutions and addressing their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity services, software installation, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide clear and comprehensive information on security features, compliance requirements, and best practices
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving incidents promptly
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to elevate complex issues and enhance service delivery
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to provide relevant assistance
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experiences by gathering feedback and implementing improvements

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or IT support sectors
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Relocation to Greece is required for this position
