Position: Italian Speaking Customer Service for IT Support Services - Work in Greece
Overview
Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the IT Support Services sector. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, helping them resolve their IT-related inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to IT support services, software issues, and technical difficulties via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Provide comprehensive assistance on troubleshooting, software installation, and system updates

Guide customers step-by-step through technical processes and ensure they feel supported throughout

Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction

Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system for future reference

Work closely with the IT department to escalate complex issues and improve service delivery

Stay updated on the latest technology trends and IT support protocols to provide relevant assistance

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous

Prior experience in customer service, especially in IT support, is preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with IT support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
