Bookings & Client Operations Intern (6-Month Stage)

Fully Remote

⏰ Immediate start | 8:00–17:00 | 5 days per week (shift-based)

Travel by Luxe is a boutique travel company designing high-end, tailor‑made journeys for private clients. We specialise in seamless, detail‑driven travel experiences with exceptional client care.

We are looking for a  Bookings & Client Operations Intern  to join our team for a 6‑month stage.

This role is ideal for someone genuinely motivated to build a career in the travel industry and gain hands‑on operational experience in a boutique, high‑end environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage client journeys from booking confirmation to post‑trip follow‑up

Act as the operational point of contact before and during travel

Book and reconfirm hotels, transfers, guides, and experiences

Communicate frequently with clients and suppliers (phone & email)

Monitor trips in real time and handle adjustments

Perform detailed itinerary checks

Maintain accurate internal systems

Systems We Use:
Google Workspace | Zendesk | Airtable | Itinerary development software | Supplier booking platforms

You must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong interest in growing professionally within the travel industry

We are looking for someone organised, detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
