Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding
Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
