Overview  Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dynamic Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, providing support for a leading Fin Tech company. If you are passionate about finance and technology, and love helping people, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Customer Agent, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our financial products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities   Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
Guide customers through financial service inquiries, product features, and technical assistance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Effectively resolve customer issues while striving for high satisfaction rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and process efficiency
Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes in the Fin Tech landscape
Requirements   Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous
Experience in customer service, particularly within the Fin Tech or financial sector, is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with financial terms, products, and CRM systems is a plus
Competence in using computer applications and online communication tools
Proactive problem-solving skills and a friendly attitude toward clients
