Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to Italian‑speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone
Assist customers with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties
Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in our systems
Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience
Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage
Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming industry
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle
