Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive financial support to Italian-speaking customers
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored advice on financial products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer experiences
Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, products, and market trends relevant to the Italian market
Requirements
Exceptional fluency in Italian and a minimum B2 proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Previous experience in financial customer service or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software
Excellent organizational skills with capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively
