In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian‑speaking clients by assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after‑sales services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to electronic products and services
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends
Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes and service quality

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
