Marcolin, azienda leader nel settore eyewear, cerca un Customer Service Specialist per gestire il servizio clienti per il mercato francese. Il candidato ideale deve avere una laurea in ambito Umanistico/Economico e un'ottima conoscenza della lingua francese, preferibilmente a livello C1 o madrelingua.
Il ruolo prevede la gestione delle anagrafiche clienti, l'inserimento e il monitoraggio degli ordini, e il coordinamento con i reparti logistici. È richiesta anche una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, ed è considerato un plus la conoscenza di SAP e/o Salesforce.
