Salesforce is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Turbigo, Italy, to drive Mule Soft adoption for Signature customers. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience with Mule Soft or equivalent integration platforms, and involves overseeing customer relationships, ensuring effective adoption, and leading AI integration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in managing renewals and customer expansions. Familiarity with industry verticals in Southern Europe is preferred. This is an office-flexible role with expectations to be in-office in Rome or Milan three days a week.
