BMC Helix is seeking a Customer Adoption Engineer in Italy to act as the quarterback for post‑sale customer experience across all Helix touchpoints. You will coordinate Support, Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Renewals to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes.
You will build adoption plans, drive feature activation, and lead enablement for customer admins and end users, shaping long‑term value and outcomes for enterprise accounts.
