Be the trusted guide for our students as they land in Italy. You’ll turn arrivals into smooth starts,help them settle with confidence, and build a sense of community that feels like home.
What you’ll do Lead the journey from admission to a confident first semester: pre-departure prep, arrival touchpoints, and ongoing check-ins.
Coordinate orientation sessions and local city/university briefings; build student communities and peer circles.
Track well-being and academic adjustment; triage and escalate issues quickly with the right stakeholders.
Maintain rigorous CRM documentation and weekly student satisfaction reporting (NPS/CSAT).
Build a local network of reliable vendors and services; secure student-friendly perks.
Host helpful workshops: budgeting, transport, cultural norms, study skills
What you’ll bring 4+ years in student services, international programs, or hospitality operations;
Italy experience required.
Fluent English;
Hindi or another major Indian language strongly preferred;
Italian B1+ a plus.
Empathy with operational discipline—calm under pressure, precise in follow-through.
Proven coordination with universities, landlords, and community providers.
