Customer Service & Supply Chain Assistant all'interno del team italiano, a supporto delle attività operative di gestione ordini, customer service e supply chain.
La figura collaborerà con i dipartimenti interni e con partner esterni, garantendo l'efficienza dei flussi operativi e il corretto presidio delle attività amministrative e logistiche.
Responsabilità
Inserimento e gestione ordini clienti a sistema
Monitoraggio avanzamento ordini e coordinamento con logistica, magazzino e fornitori
Attività di customer service verso clienti pubblici e privati
Gestione documentazione di magazzino
Inserimento ordini di acquisto
Supporto a reportistica e analisi dati
Aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti, articoli e dati di sistema
Requisiti obbligatori
Inglese B1 scritto e parlato
Ottima conoscenza Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, tabelle pivot)
Ottima padronanza Office 365
Precisione, organizzazione e capacità multitasking
Buone capacità comunicative e di problem solving
Requisiti preferenziali
Esperienza in customer service, order management o supply chain
Conoscenza di Microsoft Business Central
Inquadramento
Assunzione diretta di 12 mesi a tempo determinato.
CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico – Livello E1
RAL indicativa: ~27.000 €
Ticket restaurant
Orario di lavoro: full time, 40 h settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì. Previsto smart working 20–40%
