on behalf of a world-renowned Wellness Medical Spa nestled in the Italian countryside.
The Retreat
Perched upon a historic hilltop in the Latium region and set within an expansive 8-hectare private estate, this Wellness Medical Spa serves as a sanctuary for the body, mind, and spirit. By integrating time-honored holistic traditions with the rigor of modern Western medicine, the facility provides bespoke medical-scientific programs designed to enhance health, vitality, and longevity.

Key Responsibilities
Holistic Guest Management :
Ensuring a comprehensive, high-touch experience for every guest.
Clinical Duties :
Managing preliminary consultations, conducting intake examinations, assessing medical histories, and prescribing tailored wellness protocols.
Ongoing Care :
Monitoring guests throughout their stay through regular medical check-ups.
Relationship Building :
Acting as a trusted advisor through empathetic engagement and active listening.
Reporting :
Collaborating directly with the Head Doctor and the Medical Director.
Requirements
Medical Degree :
Degree in Medicine. A background in a Wellness Medical Spa is preferred but not strictly required.
Linguistic Skills :
Proficiency in English is essential; command of additional foreign languages is highly valued.
Adaptability :
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage unexpected events.
Guest Journey Ownership :
Proven ability to oversee the entire guest lifecycle with clinical precision.
