Requirement
For our office in Rome, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Coordinator to lead our visual communication strategy and strengthen the company’s brand across digital and traditional channels. This is a key role within the Communication Department, requiring a mix of high-level creative execution, strategic thinking, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for translating complex architectural and engineering concepts into compelling visual narratives, ensuring brand consistency across all global platforms and supporting business development and promotional initiatives.
Creative Leadership & Branding:
Oversee and evolve the corporate visual identity. Design high-end materials for international proposals, corporate brochures, and digital platforms.
Press Office & Media Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for specialized publishers and architectural/engineering magazines. Coordinate project submissions, manage advertising plans, and draft press releases/editorial content and social media content.
Design & Templates:
Create complex layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, while also developing agile, brand-aligned templates on Canva to empower other departments.
Internal Coordination:
Work side-by-side with Project Managers and Technical Directors to gather project data and transform them into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Corporate Presentations:
Create high-impact slideshows and technical presentations for prestigious stakeholders and international tenders.
Business Development and Activity Promotion:
Support business development initiatives, promote the company’s activities to clients and partners, and contribute to the creation of presentation materials for events, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience, preferably within an architecture/engineer firm, creative agency, or corporate communication department.
Technical

Skills:

Professional mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Advanced knowledge of Canva (Brand Kits, shared templates).
Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong storytelling and writing skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; leadership and coordination aptitude; strategic creativity, business-oriented mindset, and ability to support promotional and digital communication initiatives.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio (PDF or online link) is mandatory for the application.
English:
Good level of English is a prerequisite for this international environment.
