Per supportare l'espansione della nostra azienda, siamo alla ricerca di un architetto/geometra con esperienza nell’apertura di nuove sedi con focus sui seguenti aspetti:
- Riunioni con i responsabili di ASL e ufficio tecnico per la prefattibilità progettuale
- Pratiche burocratiche (CILA, etc.)- Supervisione dei cantieri e del team di lavoro (architetti, arredatori, ditta edile, fornitori macchinari, etc.)
Requisiti richiesti:
- domicilio a Roma- esperienza nel settore della ristorazione- esperienza nella due diligence relativa all'apertura di nuovi locali, per quanto riguarda aspetti edilizio-urbanistici Potrebbe essere necessario spostarsi ed occasionalmente pernottare in altre città.
