As a Content Moderator, youll work at the heart of a thriving social media project, applying policies to digital content and contributing to the safety and integrity of online communities. What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing Content: You will monitor videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
Content Scoring: Evaluate content based on various factors such as age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
Policy Enforcement: Apply the clients content policies consistently to maintain a safe online space.
Collaboration & Wellness: Participate in wellness activities like fitness challenges and team-building exercises. We care about your well-being with on-site wellness programs, coaching sessions, and more.
Handling Sensitive Material: Be aware that some content may be disturbing, including sensitive topics such as hate speech, child exploitation, or graphic violence. We support our moderators through wellness programs to manage the potential impact.
What Were Looking For :
Documents: EU nationality or Greek work permit (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP)
Language
Skills:
Fluency in both Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2). Youll need to read, write, and speak both languages.
Technical
Skills:
Strong communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Rotational
Shifts:
Work 5 days per week with 2 days off in rotation. (Night shifts are rare, only about 3 nights per month.)
