We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in digital education and higher education, capable of leading and integrating the entire academic and content dimension.

The role ensures academic quality, methodological coherence, and a modern, data-driven, AI-supported learning experience.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. End-to-End Academic Leadership
Oversee programs, quality assurance, academic compliance, and curriculum updates.
Manage relationships with faculty, instructors, and academic committees.
Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of content for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, Bootcamps, and Microlearning.
Supervise production of videos, interactive modules, assessments, and project work.
Design an AI-first learning model leveraging adaptive learning, AI mentors/tutors, and continuous student performance tracking.
4. AI & Learning Innovation
Introduce tools, workflows, and processes to integrate generative AI, automation, and predictive models into teaching and learning.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to scale AI-driven solutions.
5. Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Lead internal teams (content designers, instructors, SMEs).
Coordinate with external academic, industry, and technology partners.
Background and Qualifications
Background in learning design, education technology, higher education, or advanced professional training
Strong academic design and curriculum development skills
Knowledge of AI applied to education (AI authoring, adaptive learning, LXP/LMS)
Experience managing creative and academic teams
Strategic vision combined with strong execution
