Enrollment Advisor Trainee

We are looking for a motivated Enrollment Advisor Trainee to support the recruitment of italian students to our EF Academy International Boarding Schools in Oxford, New York, and California, based in our Milan office.

What will you do in this role?

Support the Head of Enrollment in communicating with prospective students and parents

Assist in presenting EF Academy programs and the boarding school experience

Help prepare and support school fairs, information events, and consultations

Support administrative and follow-up tasks within the admissions process

Conduct research on schools, markets, and recruitment activities

Work closely with international teams to ensure a positive experience for families

What are we looking for?

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program

Fluency in English

Interest in education, international relations, marketing, or admissions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

International mindset; experience studying or living abroad is a plus

Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn

Passion for supporting students and families with important educational decisions
